This apartment is a fabulous 40 m2 studio, fully equipped. Decorated in an ultra-modern and minimalist style located in one of the most sought-after and most visited areas of Buenos Aires.
It has everything you need to arrive and feel at home.
It has a large window providing light and ventilation, which connects to a beautiful balcony with a wide view.
One of the main characteristics of this studio is that it is very bright and spacious.
The social area is made up of the dining room, with a comfortable and modern integrated kitchen. Totally equipped.
At the other end of the apartment is the private area with a large 1.80 x 1.90 meters bed with a top cover. The bed can be separated into 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 meters.
The apt. has a huge wardrobe / closet.
Large modern complete bathroom, with shower and a bathtub.
The apartment offers high-speed WI-FI, cable TV, telephone, air conditioning cold – heat. Wooden floor.
Guests will have sheets and towels available for use.

LOCATION / NEIGHBORHOOD / POINTS OF INTEREST
The apartment is located in the ‘Las Cañitas’ area in the Palermo neighborhood, one of the most visited and sought after areas in Buenos Aires. It is an area of modern buildings with tree-lined streets.
Las Cañitas concentrates one of the main gastronomic centers of Buenos Aires, where you will find excellent and varied restaurants for all tastes.
Happy hours, dinners, Argentine meals (grills), international meals, fusion meals, Asian, Mediterranean, etc., define it as the new gourmet neighborhood of the city. Meeting place for excellence with options for all tastes and ages.
Also, typical Argentine cafes are all around in this neighborhood.
The special thing about Las Cañitas is that during the day it still maintains its air of a quiet and residential neighborhood.
Just a few minutes walking distance from the Palermo Parks – such as the Rosedal – the first green lung of the city where all kinds of sports and recreational activities take place during weekends.

• Floralis Genérica- Av. Pres. Figueroa Alcorta 2301, C1425 CABA
Located inside the Plaza Naciones Unidas, it was made and donated to the City by the argentine architect Eduardo Catalano. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum and weighs 18 tons. It is the first moving sculpture, controlled by a hydraulic system and photoelectric cells.
• Palermo Rose Garden “ El Rosedal” – Isabel, Infanta Av. 900
A garden with more than 18,000 roses surrounded by a lake in the heart of Tres de Febrero park.
The rose garden (rosedal in Spanish) is more than a century old and has received the international Garden Excellence Award from the World Federation of Rose Societies. As well as its roses, it features a lake with a Greek-influenced bridge, an amphitheatre, an Andalusian patio and a poets’ garden with 26 busts of famous writers including Alfonsina Storni, Dante Alighieri, William Shakespeare and Jorge Luis Borges.

• Museums to visit:
1. Fine Arts Museum ‘Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes’ – Defensa 1600.
View one of the best art collections in Latin America, including the largest collection of Argentine art around.
The National Museum of Fine Arts houses one of the best art collections in Latin America, and the biggest collection of Argentine art. Located in the Recoleta neighborhood, and part of the Museum Mile, it’s permanent collection includes work by El Greco, Goya, Rodin, Rembrandt, Rubens, Renoir, Degas, Cézanne, Chagall and Picasso.
Argentine painters include Cándido López, Lino Enea Spilimbergo, Prilidiano Pueyrredón, Fernando Fader, Benito Quinquela Martín, Xul Solar, Antonio Berni, Carlos Alonso y Antonio Seguí.

2. Casa Rosada Museum Av. Paseo Colón 100. (for free)
In one of the city’s most important buildings, this museum opened in the year 2011 to celebrate the bicentenary of Argentina’s revolution of Independence. The museum is located behind the Casa Rosada governmental palace and is a must for anyone interested in history and architecture.

3. Planetarium Galileo Galilei – ‘Planetario Galileo Galilei’ – Av. Sarmiento y Av. Roldan Belisario.
The Planetarium is the main center for the dissemination of astronomy in the city. It has a hemispherical projection room with 360 reclining seats and a 20-meter-diameter dome where nearly 8,900 stars, planets, and satellites of the universe are reproduced, thanks to an impressive equipment (unique in Latin America) that contains six Sky-Sky projectors. Skan with 8K resolution, indicating that the dome contains 38 million pixels.

4. Quinquela Martín Museum – Av. Don Pedro de Mendoza 1835. (for free)
This museum has a large collection of oil paintings and etchings made by the artist Benito Quinquela Martín between 1922 and 1967, as well as work by other artists representative of some of the big movements in Argentine art during the 20th century. There’s also a collection of ship figureheads, making the museum as intriguing as the neighborhood where it’s located – the colorful La Boca.

Moving around Buenos Aires:
On Av. Luis María Campos there are several buses nearby the apt.
Public transport: Buenos Aires has a quick, efficient and economical public transport system with more than 180 bus lines linking every area of the city and six underground metro lines, which connect the city’s historic political and financial center with the main avenues, train stations and coach stations.
Public transportation in Bs. As is good, although it gets crowded during rush hours. It is called here “Subte”, which is the abbreviation for ‘Subway’ in Spanish. The network crosses the different neighborhoods of the city of Buenos Aires.
